Build competence and confidence in our Care Team Portal through educator-led training, offered monthly with your choice of dates and times. Educational content is carefully planned to be clear cut and quick to get started.

Courses are assigned based on user roles, available anytime, and designed to build on the knowledge learned in previous sessions. Each course will track your progress and allow you to return to the last viewed screen, should you need to pause in the middle of a lesson. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of assigned work.

Never miss out on the latest features and functionality to help maximize use of the Care Team Portal. Users are automatically enrolled in a “What’s New” course which includes a link to monthly training calendars, recordings of the “Lunch and Learn” series, and new product release notes.
