Some of the problems we encounter in Logistics are the massive data files that must be sorted through to find trends which in turn helps us identify problems to find the appropriate solution(s).   As we all know, AI is the wave of the future from Siri and Alexa to the highly capable Watson.  AI can reduce workload, stress, & time to analyze best options from scheduling to inventory management.  A highlight from this article regarding scaling & scheduling challenges hits the nail on the head and talks about some of the issues our current customers are facing.  With so much data consumed it’s clear that at least some level of artificial intelligence would help alleviate that pressure for customers. 

The growth of telemedicine is expected to hit more than $66 billion in worth by the end of 2021.  With this exponential growth, logistics will be a huge factor in making sure things are running smoothly and are scalable.  I look forward to seeing the future of technology in logistics in many aspects.
