Remote patient monitoring devices capture biometric readings and automatically transmit results into the portal for convenient access. All incoming information, including patient requests, is dynamically displayed.

When you select user guides from a specific page within the portal, you will be taken directly to that topic for the information you are seeking.

With dashboards and more than 30 ad hoc reports available, you can review trends, patient compliance, satisfaction, and even details about care team involvement.
