The Screening

The COVID-19 Screening Pathway enables low-risk patients or those with mild symptoms to use their mobile devices to self-screen for COVID-19 by answering a series of questions that follow the current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

The Monitoring

The COVID-19 Self-Isolation and Monitoring pathways enable all patients, using their mobile devices, to continually update their symptoms, monitored remotely by providers.  Additionally, information about other pre-existing health risks such as diabetes, chronic pulmonary obstruction disease (COPD), congestive heart failure (CHF) or any of 90+ other chronic conditions, can also be monitored at home, assuring those at the highest risk levels with COVID-19 receive proper care.

The Coaching

Coach Cards enable trust and confidence amongst employees and organizations while addressing the basic needs of safety, security and stability of the COVID crisis. Coach Cards appear on the patient’s home screen after their check-in.

COVID Green Coach Card
This coach card appears when the patient does not report symptoms for the day and has not reported symptoms in the last 14 days. It is triggered after every pathway completion, expires at midnight.

COVID Yellow Coach Card
This coach card appears when the patient does not report symptoms for the day and has reported symptoms in the last 14 days. It is triggered after every pathway completion, expires at midnight.

COVID Red Coach Card
This coach card appears when the patient reports any COVID symptom as defined by the CDC. It is triggered after every pathway completion and expires at midnight.
